Ian's qualifications are in animal science, but he has spent the last twelve years working for national food and farming charities; he is now a Director at the Earth Trust in south Oxfordshire. Prior to this Ian was Director of his own food retail company, which launched his professional experiences in front of the camera and microphone. Ian has been interviewed on national television, radio and live streamed events including BBC Breakfast, LBC Radio, BBC Radio 4 & 2 and UKTVFood.
