Formerly a dancer, Suzette’s biography is full of examples where she uses her creativity to transform challenges into opportunities.   She has considerable professional experience in developing and running specialised community projects and youth work, producing and delivering accredited training and creative programmes for diverse people.   Suzette works extensively with people with special needs, the gifted and talented as well as the wider community.

Suzette has kick-started numerous Banbury based initiatives from leading specialised courses at Banbury College, to founding Youth Arts programmes to directing Banbury Presents, creating huge public events like the Night Market within the town.
